Application Instructions

For the best results, follow this professional step-by-step application guide detailed in Screenshot 2026-06-23 at 10.32.45 AM.jpg:

1. Surface Cleaning

  • Sand the wooden surface thoroughly using Emery Paper No. 180.

  • Follow up with finer Emery Paper No. 320 or 400.

  • Wipe the surface clean of all dust and debris before proceeding.

2. Staining (Optional)

  • If a colored wood grain is desired, apply Asian Paints WoodTech Wood Stains (choose Interior or Exterior variant depending on your project).

  • Apply the stain smoothly via ragging.

  • Allow it to dry completely for 30 minutes.

  • Note: Do not sand the stain coat.

3. Sealing & Finishing

  • Stir and strain the varnish well before use.

  • Apply 2 to 3 coats of Touchwood at an interval of 16 hours between each coat.

  • Gently sand with Emery Paper between coats to ensure maximum adhesion and a flawless finish.
