Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
Products that have been used, installed, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered.
Product received in damaged condition.
Manufacturing defect (subject to brand inspection, if applicable).
Missing parts or accessories at the time of delivery.

Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery:

Custom or special-order products.
Paints that have been tinted or colour-matched.
Adhesives, sealants, chemicals, and waterproofing products once opened.
Electrical items after installation.
Sanitaryware and faucets after installation.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process

Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID, product details, and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, we'll arrange a pickup (where available) or guide you through the return process.
Once the returned product passes inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
