2. Method of Application
Dosage Ratio: Add precisely 200 ml of Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ for every 50 kg bag of cement in the concrete/mortar mix.
Mixing Sequence: Never add the liquid compound directly to dry cement. Instead, mix the recommended dosage of Dr. Fixit LW+ directly into the gauging water while preparing your concrete or mortar mix.
Agitation: Ensure the concrete or mortar is mixed thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes to completely disperse the liquid evenly through the matrix.
Apply the modified mortar or concrete according to standard, good construction practices.
Precautions & Storage Conditions
Caution: Do not consume orally. In case it happens by mistake, immediately contact a doctor and induce vomiting.
Water-Cement Ratio: Maintain a water-cement ratio that is as low as possible (0.4 to 0.55 for higher durability).
Chloride Content: Contains an ultra-low chloride content (< 2.0%).
Shelf Life: Best before 24 months from the month of manufacture when stored in sealed, unopened condition under proper, dry storage conditions.
