Application Instructions

1. Surface Cleaning

• Ensure the target wall is completely free from loose paint flakes, structural dust, or masonry grease.

• Thoroughly scrub away any existing biological growth, such as fungus, algae, or moss, using a vigorous wire brushing routine followed by a clean water wash.

2. Filling Imperfections

• Inspect the surface for structural defects like holes, dents, or fine cracks.

• Seal and smooth these areas completely using TruCare Wall Putty or a customized structural mixture of white cement and fine sand blended tightly in a 1:3 ratio.

3. Primer Application & Dilution

• Note on Fresh Plaster: Allow freshly-plastered masonry surfaces to cure completely before applying undercoats.

• Dilution Ratio: Thin the primer by mixing 1 Litre of primer with 1 Litre of clean water (1:1 ratio by volume).

• Apply a single uniform coat across the wall.

• Drying Time: Allow the TruCare Exterior Wall Primer to dry thoroughly for 4 hours before applying topcoats.

4. Topcoat Application

• Follow up by applying 2–3 coats of an Asian Paints Exterior Emulsion, adhering strictly to its recommended water dilution instructions.

• Maintain a structural gap of 4 to 6 hours between individual topcoats.
